The exhibition displays originals or copies, which the author sends to the Moscow organizing committee and instructs the organizing committee to transport the paintings to the exhibition in St. Petersburg and back.

Exhibition catalog
All participants are published in the full-color catalog of St.Petersburg Art Week
Catalog format: A4.
The catalog will be published in two languages: Russian and English.
The cost of the catalog (if paid before the end of the registration period):
- paper format: 3900 rubles or 40 Euros (pay);
- electronic format in a pdf file: 1,500 rubles or 15 Euros (pay)
The cost of the catalog (if paid after the end of the registration period):
- paper format: 4900 rubles or 50 Euros (pay);

storage of artworks
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT FOR STORAGE
The author receives full-time works from the exhibition immediately after the end of the winners' announcement ceremony (August 2, 2026, 17:00-19:00).
All works that remain after 19:00 in the hall are transported by the organizing committee to Moscow, to the Moscow office.
Participants who ordered foam board for the exhibition can pick up foam board for free on the day of the announcement of the winners on August 2, 2026, until 19:00.
The cost of storage in the Moscow office is 200 rubles / day.
