Please note: The foam is issued to the author free of charge within 1 week after the end of the exhibition. For all works stored in the organizing committee longer than a week, there are additional regulations (see the section "Additional payment for storage of works").

All participants are published in the full color catalog "St.Petersburg Art Week" 

The format is A4.
The catalog will be available in two languages: Russian and English.

Estimated publication dates: within 1 month after the end of the exhibition.

Catalog cost: 
- paper format in hard cover: 2,800 rubles (pay);
- paperback format: 2,100 rubles (pay);
- electronic format in pdf file: 1000 rubles (pay)

In-person participation means the presentation at the exhibition (on the wall or on the podium) of originals or giclee.

There are two ways to participate in person:

1) The author independently brings their works to the exhibition (Saint-Petersburg, Bolshaya Morskaya Str., d.38, Great Hall of the Saint-Petersburg Union of Artists, 3rd floor, the nearest metro station "Admiralteyskaya")

2) The author sends their works by Russian Post or any other transport company to the organizing committee.
a) if art objects are delivered by courier ("to the porch"): it is necessary to specify the address: 119072, Moscow, Serafimovicha st., 2, "Yunost" club, contact person: Kuznetsova Elena Fedorovna;
b) if art objects are delivered by parcel, it is necessary to specify the address: 119072, Moscow, Serafimovicha st., 2, Mailbox 7.

The sequence of registration for REMOTE participation is as follows:
1) Fill out the "Registration Form". Photos are to be attached to the registration form. The registration form can also be filled out without attaching photos, but in this case they must be sent to e-mail: info@spbartweek.ru 
2) After the organizing committee has reviewed the materials sent, you'll receive confirmation about the possibility of participating in the project via e-mail. Proceed to payment (links to payment can be found in the letter from the organizing committee, you can also pay the organizational fee from the page "Entry fee").
3) The organizing committee will print and design the works for the exhibition and competition;
4) Every author has the right to attend all events (master classes, lectures, creative meetings);
5) Main events will be broadcasted: https://vk.com/eurasianartunion 
6) At the end of the exhibition, remote participants receive diplomas in electronic form (within 1-2 weeks) and have the opportunity to order a paper version.

You can receive original works (participating in-person) from the exhibition, immediately after the awarding ceremony (November 5, 2023, 4PM)
All the works remained will be transported to the office in Moscow.
Participants with foamboards can also receive their works after the awarding ceremony or, further, in the office in Moscow.
Art objects, diplomas and photocopies (foamboard) can be stored in the Moscow organizing committee for up to 1 week for free. In case of storage more than 1 week there's an additional charge of 50 rubles per day.
