Sequence of registration

Step 1
Prepare photos of works from 1 to 20 MB in jpg., and fill out the registration form

Step 2
Wait for a payment link from the committee (check spam, too). Pay the registration fee.
Be sure to send the receipt or a screenshot of your payment to the organizing committee e-mail: info@spbartweek.ru

Step 3
For In-Person participants: prepare you works for exhibiting, print the label and transfer certificate (both will be sent to your e-mail after we receive your receipt).
For In-Absentia participants: we will print and design works for exhibition according to the option you've chosen in your registration form (foamboard, art-book etc.).
Important info
PRE-SELECTION
Each author independently decides in which nomination their works will be presented. The Organizing Committee previews the works by the photo images sent. All works registered within the specified time and confirmed by the organizing committee will be exhibited and will participate in the competition program, except for:
a) Works violating the social norms of the Russian Federation;
b) Political-themed works;
c) Works that offend religious feelings and personality.
The decision of the Organizing Committee regarding the above exceptions is final and not to be discussed.
FORMS OF PARTICIPATION
There are three forms of participation:
1) Personal partiсipation: you visit Moscow and bring artwork in person.
2) Artwork partiсipation: you ship artwork, we exhibit
3) Art print participation: you send file, we print and exhibit
Participants of all these forms have equal rights at participating in the competition.
FORMS OF PARTICIPATION
PARTICIPATION FORMS
1) IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION:
a) Original works on the wall or podium;
b) Author’s giclee on the wall;
2) REMOTE PARTICIPATION (in the form of photocopies):
The organizing committee prints the sent files and places them at the exhibition as follows:
- in art-book (A3);
- in frame 40*60 cm:
- on the canvas on the subframe (formats A2, A1, A0);
- on foamboard (formats A2, A1, A0).
(at the end of the exhibition, the author can receive a canvas/foam on the sub-frame for free).

SALE OF WORKS
Original works (originals, giclee): all works registered for the project can be sold at the price indicated by the author in the registration form.
Remote works, photocopies: if there's a request for buying an original work, the author must be able to provide it within 5 working days.
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE COMMISSION
The commission for works sold at the exhibition in St. Petersburg is 20%. The terms of the commission are limited to the dates of the exhibition, that is, the Organizing Committee retains the commission only if a work is sold during the exhibition.
